  • 1 apple
  • 30 g muesli
  • 500 g yogurt
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Peel the banana and apple and cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Then pour into glasses, add a straw, and enjoy.
