- 1 apple
- 30 g muesli
- 500 g yogurt
- n. B. Honey
Instructions

good for breakfast
Peel the banana and apple and cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Then pour into glasses, add a straw, and enjoy.
