Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground (hazelnut flour)
- 200 g flour
- 200 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- Hazelnuts, whole kernels for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Makes about 25 – 30 cookies, depending on size
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a firm dough. Using 2 tablespoons, form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. You can also press whole nuts onto the cookies as a decoration and bake them with the cookies. Bake the cookies at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
