Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup strawberries or other sweet berries (possibly frozen)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla
- 1 cup milk (protein, calcium)
- 1 egg(s) , (brain food)
- 1 tsp yeast powder (for nerves, brain)
- 1 tbsp oil, safflower oil (good fatty acids), 0.5 tsp magnesium powder (heart protection against stress)
- 4 tbsp juice (e.g. pineapple, orange), 1 tbsp lecithin granules
- 1 tbsp wheat germ (flakes, (for flat blood vessels, beautiful skin)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drinking breakfast
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If it’s too thick, thin it with milk or fruit juice. Drink a large glass full! Feel free to vary the mix: Try melon instead of banana, or fruit yogurt instead of vanilla. Important: Eat it with whole-grain toast or a slice of whole-grain bread. This provides the body with carbohydrates. And: We especially need to chew in the morning. If there’s nothing to bite into, we snack more quickly!
