  • 800 g turkey breast
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • e.g. Paprika powder, hot
  • n. B. Flour
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 150 g honey
  • 200 g soy sauce
  • 50 g teriyaki sauce
  • 20 g vinegar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the meat into portions, wash, and season to taste. Then coat well in flour and fry gently in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix the honey with the sauces and vinegar and set aside. Finely chop the onion and spring onion. Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the onion pieces until translucent. Return the meat to the pan. Press the garlic into the pan and pour the mixed honey sauce over it. Let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the finely chopped spring onions 5 minutes before the end. I like to serve this dish with basmati rice and sprinkled with chives.
