Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 200 g salmon
- 100 g spinach, frozen
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 100 g processed cheese
- Broth, granulated, clear
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti as usual. Cut the salmon into small cubes. Thaw the frozen spinach (see package instructions), then add the cream, salmon cubes, cream cheese, and wine, and simmer briefly. Season with clear broth, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, bring to a boil, and serve immediately.
