Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 Maultaschen
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 ml cream
- 1 small onion(s)
- 250 g bacon cubes
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Place the Maultaschen side by side in a baking dish and sprinkle with bacon. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips, then arrange it over the Maultaschen. Take a small bowl and mix the sour cream and cream. Season with salt and pepper, and add garlic to taste. Spread the sauce over the Maultaschen and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) until the cheese is golden brown.
