Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- some oil
- 500 ml tomato(s), strained
- some pepper
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- some oregano
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 150 g cheese (Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and fry in oil until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry. Now add the passata and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the spices. Spice it up with plenty of cayenne pepper. Peel the raw potatoes and slice them thinly using a cucumber slicer. Layer the potato slices and the minced meat sauce in a baking dish. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until the cheese is browned, or check with a fork to see if the potatoes are cooked through.
