Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, cooked
- 300 g cheese (Gouda or Edam)
- oil
- 2 onions
- 600 g minced meat
- some broth, granulated (to season the minced meat)
- chives
- Parsley
- marjoram
- Caraway seeds
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- Margarine, flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cook the potatoes with the onions and seasonings until fried. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Season the mince and spread it over the potatoes (you can, of course, fry the mince briefly until crumbly, but it’s not necessary). Then arrange the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with chives. Top with the sliced cheese and a few flakes of margarine. Bake in the oven at medium heat (180°C) for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with a large bowl of fresh salad.
