Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 170 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • Jam, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cream soft butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in egg yolks. Carefully fold in flour and cornstarch. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a medium, smooth nozzle and pipe small cookies onto the baking sheet. Chill the remaining mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 8 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet and sandwich 2 cookies together with jam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
