Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 40 g peanuts, unsalted
- 200 g butter
- 50 g sour cream
- 180 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- ½ pack of baking powder
- possibly cake icing (chocolate glaze)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt 100g of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Finely chop the remaining chocolate and the peanuts. Beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the melted chocolate. Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and stir in. Finally, add the chopped chocolate and peanuts. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 40-45 minutes. If desired, top with chocolate glaze.
