Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cream
- 200 g oat flakes, wholemeal or spelt flakes
- 200 g margarine
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 150 g flour (spelt or wheat)
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 80 g almonds, ground or hazelnuts
- 3 eggs
- Chocolate coating, for decorating
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with kernal oat flakes and brown sugar
Bring the butter, 100g brown sugar, and the cream to a boil in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Then stir in the cereal flakes. Make a batter with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate coating). Pour the batter into a greased springform pan lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Then spread the topping on top. Bake at 180°C (preheated top/bottom heat) or 160°C (preheated fan oven) for about 30 minutes. (Test with a skewer for doneness). Let the cake cool and then decorate with chocolate as desired.
