Sheet pizza – American style
For the dough, add the salt to the flour and mix. Mix together the beer, milk, and honey, then add the yeast and dissolve it in the mixture. Add the olive oil and yeast mixture to the flour, knead everything well into a smooth dough, and then let the dough rise for 3/4 to 1 hour. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a little oil until nicely browned and season well. Remove the minced meat from the pan, sauté the diced onions and garlic until translucent, and add it to the minced meat along with the corn. Knead the well-risen yeast dough again and roll it out on an oiled baking sheet. Mix the sour cream with the salsa and spread it on the dough. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and add the finely diced tomatoes. Sprinkle the crumbled nachos on top and finally spread the cheese on the pizza. Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Serves 5.
