Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g ground almonds
- 500 ml milk (whole milk)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 bananas, ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the almonds in a blender and grind very finely. Then add the milk and honey. Peel and slice the bananas, and add them as well. Blend everything thoroughly until smooth and pour into jars. Depending on the size of the jars, this will yield 2-3.
