Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of sandwich toast
  • 2 bars of dried meat (Jack Link’s Beef Snack) 25 g each
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 spring onions
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and quick snack

Finely dice the beef snacks and spring onions and mix with the sour cream and cheese. Season to taste. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of sandwich bread and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
