Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pizza base with sour trahana sauce, ham and egg
Take the flour, water, yeast, salt, and oil and prepare a yeast dough. While the dough is rising, it’s time to prepare the Swabian sour sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan, briefly fry the flour, and deglaze the mixture with milk and vinegar. Cook your Greek holiday souvenir in this deliciously fragrant sauce (you can choose the time as you like, as the instructions are unfortunately indecipherable). Once the contents of the pan have reached the desired consistency, spread it on the pizza base, top with the finely sliced ham, and crack an egg over the top. Place the whole thing in the oven to finish at any temperature (180°C is always good).
