Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 2 cans of tomatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- 100g salami
- 300g mozzarella
- 100 g cheese (Emmental, grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Cut the flatbread horizontally, place the halves cut-side up on a baking sheet, and bake for 4 minutes at 250°C. Drain the tomatoes through a sieve, chop them, and season. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Top the flatbreads with tomato pieces, then arrange salami slices (turkey is also possible), mozzarella, and Emmental cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake the flatbreads for about 8-10 minutes at 180°C.
