  • 50 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Dough from the Thermomix

Add water and yeast to the Thermomix and mix for 2 minutes at 37°C on speed 2. Add flour, salt, and oil and knead for 2 minutes on the dough setting. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes, until it has doubled in size. Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 8 minutes, then drain. Dice the bell pepper and slice the onion. Mix the eggs, sour cream, and cheese together, and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet and spread generously with the sauce. Distribute the Brussels sprouts, bell pepper, onion, and bacon cubes on the dough and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Note: If you don’t have a Thermomix, you can of course make the yeast dough by hand or use store-bought pizza dough.
