Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
  • 500 g bacon cut into strips
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. king oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms)
  • 450 g leaf spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g chestnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

A tray pizza with winter ingredients, for 8 servings

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then knead the flour, salt, sugar, yeast water, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the sour cream thinly over the pizza. Slice the spring onions into rings, dice the mushrooms, and fry them with the bacon in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the chestnuts and add them to the pan. Spread the ingredients over the pizza and top with the leaf spinach. Let the pizza rest for another 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
