- 0,5 pole Leek cut into rings
- 0,5 Butternut squash, diced
- 2 medium sized Vine tomatoes
- 0,5 small Zucchini, diced
- Chilli oil for frying
- Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
- Lemongrass
- Coriander salt from the mill
- Tellicherry pepper from the mill
- Pressed garlic
- Heat the chilli oil in a pan and sauté the pumpkin and zucchini. Then quickly add the meat. Sauté vigorously and shortly before the end of cooking add the tomatoes and leek. Season everything to taste and serve on a large, flat plate. Tastes great!
