  • 500 g Minced turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bread roll
  • 500 g Boiled potatoes
  • 200 ml Milk hot
  • 500 g Diced carrots
  • 50 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 30 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fondor
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped thyme
  1. Knead the minced turkey with a stale, finely chopped bread roll, egg, chives and thyme. Season the minced mixture well with salt, pepper and a crushed clove of garlic. Shape the planter (approx. 8 pieces). Fry the planter in a little oil and let it infuse at the end.
  2. Mashed potatoes: Mash the hot, boiled potatoes, add half of the butter and the hot milk and puree with a hand blender. Finally, season well with salt and nutmeg.
  3. Carrot vegetables: Cook the roughly diced carrots in half a small glass of water in a saucepan until the water has evaporated, stir regularly (approx. 8-10 min), deglaze with orange juice, stir in the rest of the butter and season with fondor. Finished!
