Ingredients
- 260 g Flour
- 250 Milliliters Milk
- 130 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 5 tablespoon Oil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 30 g Powdered sugar
Instructions
- First mix the flour, sugar, milk, eggs and oil, salt and baking powder into a homogeneous dough. Mix until it is nice and smooth.
- Preheat the donut maker and coat it with a little oil so that the donuts can be loosened more easily afterwards.
- Then fill the molds of the donut maker with a tablespoon of batter and close the device.
- The donuts should bake golden brown for three to four minutes. For the final touch, sprinkle the donuts with a little icing sugar.
