Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast or bread
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 shot of oil
- ½ pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- e.g. chocolate (leftovers, e.g. from Christmas)
- n. B. Chocolate shavings for garnishing
- e.g. Nutella or similar.
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Using up leftovers, my children’s favorite
Place the milk in a saucepan on the stove (take a few sips to mix the pudding mix), slowly add the sugar, and heat. Just before it boils, add the pudding mix, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Stir in the chopped chocolate and let it melt. Whisk the egg with salt and a dash of milk, coat the toast in it, and fry in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Spread with Nutella and serve with 1 cup of warm chocolate milk, sprinkled with chocolate shavings for decoration.
