Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s) or pita
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200g salami
- 200 g bell peppers from the jar, roasted
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning
- pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the pita or flatbread in half and place it on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add the pizza seasoning and freshly ground pepper, and stir. Let stand for at least an hour. Spread the mixture onto the bread halves and bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C for 8-10 minutes.
