Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 packs of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 g each
- some salt
- 400 g pasta
- some milk
- 1 pack of diced ham, approx. 250 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil the broccoli in plenty of salted water until tender. Cook the pasta in a separate pot in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic and place them in a blender with the cream cheese and salt. When the broccoli is tender, add it to the blender and puree. Add a splash of milk for the sauce consistency. Fry the ham cubes in a pan until crispy. Once the pasta is done, pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the ham cubes.
