Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- some breadcrumbs
- some salt and pepper
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Lasagna (seasoning base)
- 500 ml water
- 1 pack of pasta (orecchiette)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with spice base
Combine the ground meat, finely chopped shallot, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and form into balls. Place in a baking dish. Then, bring the seasoning base to a boil in 500 ml of water, pour over the balls in the baking dish, and place a piece of finely chopped mozzarella on each meatball. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the orecchiette according to the instructions. Arrange everything on a plate. Serve with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
