- 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions

- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oregano
- Thyme
- basil
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in well-salted water. For the sauce, peel the onions and dice them. Do the same with the garlic. Then fry the minced meat in a little olive oil until it’s nicely crumbly. Then add the onions and garlic and fry them. Shortly after, when the onions are translucent, add the tomato paste and fry it briefly. Then add the tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season to taste with salt, a little pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, and basil. Let it simmer for a bit, and that’s it. Mix the pasta and sauce together. If you like, you can also sprinkle grated cheese over the pasta. You can tell from the ingredients: This isn’t a proper Bolognese (which requires 60 minutes or more of cooking), but it is a quick and easy, delicious pasta sauce with minced meat.
