Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, croissants or other
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 3 gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal children’s food

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Finely chop the pickles (best done in a food processor), mix with the minced meat, and finally stir in the cream. Season with salt. Cook the croissants until al dente and mix everything together.
