Simple sauce made from minced meat and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the tomatoes crosswise and blanch them. Peel the blanched tomatoes, remove the cores, and dice them. Brown the minced meat with the onion in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer over low heat until the tomatoes have broken down. Season again if desired. Serve the minced meat with cooked pasta and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
