with zucchini, mozzarella and pesto

Finely chop half the onion and the garlic clove and mix with the minced meat along with the egg and a little salt and pepper. Add enough breadcrumbs to create a nice meat batter. Divide the mixture in half and press into flat burger patties. Fry the patties in a pan until well cooked and then place two slices of mozzarella on each patty. Slice the other half of the onion and fry in a pan with a little sugar until golden brown. Slice half of the zucchini and fry in the pan as well, then season with the Italian herbs. Halve the two pretzel rolls and spread a tablespoon of tomato puree on each of the bottom halves and season with salt and pepper. Place the patties on top and spread with a little pesto. Place the onions, zucchini slices and the top halves of the pretzel rolls on top.
