Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cl rum
- 2 eggs
- some flavoring (lemon flavor)
- Fat, for frying
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Sift the flour and add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, eggs, and rum to the center. Knead into a firm dough. Let it rest for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut into approximately 2 cm wide strips. Form the strips into ribbons and fry them in oil. Finally, roll in powdered sugar.
