Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp honey (forest honey)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, instant (Kaba)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

warm drink

Heat the milk, stir in the cocoa and honey. Whisk the egg yolk and add it to the honey and milk. Add the Amaretto and enjoy.
