Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 25 g yeast, fresh
  • 4 apples
  • Oil for frying
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the eggs, sugar, and salt, stir, and then sprinkle in the flour while stirring. Mix thoroughly. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and slice the apples. Mix them with the dough, scoop out a tablespoon of each, and fry/deep fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
