Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 500 g flour
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 day. Heat the oil in a saucepan to heat 3, then reduce heat to 2, or heat a deep fryer to 180°C. Using 2 teaspoons, fry the dough in the hot oil until golden brown. Place on kitchen paper and dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 60 buns.
