Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 200 g chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g peas
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 ml cream
  • 80 ml chicken stock
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the penne according to the instructions, drain, and set aside. Take a pan and brown the sliced ​​chicken in a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the cream cheese to the pan and pour in the cream and chicken stock. Chop the peppers and tomatoes and mix with the peas. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, then serve with the penne and fresh basil.
