Quick noodles with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s), roughly diced
  • 500 g pasta, short
  • Clarified butter
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped with herbs, 425 ml each
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Salt
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Harissa
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Brown the meat in clarified butter for about 5 minutes on all sides. Remove from the pan. Sauté the peppers, onion, and garlic in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and sour cream and bring to a boil. Season to taste. Add the meat and heat through. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Mix in the sauce and serve.
