Cream cheese chicken

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle or other pasta of your choice
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 3 bell peppers, red
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chili flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Wash and pat dry the chicken and bell peppers. Dice the chicken and strip the bell peppers, and fry them together in a little oil. Add the cream cheese and stir in, then stir in the cream until creamy. Meanwhile, finely chop the tomatoes and garlic and add them. Season with chili, pepper, and salt. Fold in the pasta and serve.
