Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese, well drained and squeezed
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 5 tomatoes, dried
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- oil

Quark patties
Mix together the quark, egg, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and fold them in. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let the dough rest for at least 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, place small mounds of dough in the pan, flatten slightly, and fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
