Grape strudel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g grapes (seedless)
  • ½ orange(s) (alternatively orange marmalade)
  • 1 pkt. biscuit(s) (hazelnut slices), small pack
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • 1 pc. strudel leaves (or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter, liquid
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super-fast strudel version

Halve the grapes. Cut and roughly chop the hazelnut slices. Peel the orange zest thinly and finely chop it. Add it to the grape biscuit mixture along with the orange juice and mix well. Stir in the almonds. Mix the egg and butter together. Line the strudel dough and brush with the egg and butter mixture. The remaining egg and butter mixture can be mixed into the filling. Spread the filling over the strudel and roll it up, brush with a little egg yolk, pierce several times with a fork, and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
