Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • Bread(s), approx. 2 – 3 slices or to taste
  • 200 g lettuce
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 80 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tsp spice(s) (bruschettage spice)
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely dice the feta and toss with a little olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, and bruschetta seasoning. Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Slice the avocado flesh. Finely chop or halve the tomatoes. Fry the bacon in a pan with a dash of olive oil until crispy, then remove from the pan and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, cut the bread into large pieces and fry in the fat until crispy. Mix the feta, lettuce, pine nuts, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon. Divide the salad among plates and toss with the tomato sauce.
