Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 300 ml sauce (taco sauce)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 point Tacos (chips)
  • salt and pepper
  • onion(s)
  • bell pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, filling the bowl halfway. Brown the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, onions, and paprika, and let cool. Then spread it over the lettuce. Pour the taco sauce over the ground beef. Finely dice the tomatoes and spread them over the taco sauce. Then top with sour cream and finally the Emmental cheese. Garnish with taco chips.
