Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pork neck
- 2 bottles of chili sauce
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 small can of pineapple, in pieces
- 1 jar onion(s) (shell onions)
- 2 onions
- 4 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- some cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the meat and sear. Dice the onions and sauté them. Add the chili sauce and all the ingredients, except the pearl onions and pineapple, to the pot and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Add the pearl onions and pineapple for a short while. Serve with rice or baguette.
