Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 500 g beef goulash
  • 500 g dried meat
  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 500 g minced meat (balls)
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
  • 2 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 3 cups of sweet cream
  • 100 ml water
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the ground meat to your taste and roll into small balls. Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces, then layer them, except for the meatballs, in a slightly larger casserole dish. Finally, arrange the meatballs on top. Mix the cream, water, and sauces and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius with the lid closed for about 90 minutes. Then uncover the pan and bake for another 30 minutes. I serve this with fresh baguette or bread rolls.
