Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 30 g salmon substitute (pollock schnitzel in a jar)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • Pesto (wild garlic pesto)
  • lemon juice
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips, chop finely in a blender along with the cream cheese and pollock schnitzels, and blend. Season with wild garlic pesto, lemon juice, and pepper, and refrigerate for a few hours. Before serving, scoop out the dumplings and serve them, for example, on a bed of lamb’s lettuce dressed with a lemon dressing. Serve with toast and wild garlic butter.
