Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fish (smoked mackerel fillet)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s) (red or green)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 tsp coriander (powder) alternatively 3 tbsp fresh chopped
  • 150 g sour cream
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Skin the mackerel fillets if necessary, remove the bones, chop them, and place them in a bowl. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a press. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add everything to the fillets, add the coriander seasoning or fresh, chopped coriander and the sour cream to the bowl, and mix everything with a fork until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. The spread can be arranged and served immediately, for example, on a baguette.
