Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels, can be more
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Place the schnitzel in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the onion into rings and arrange them over the schnitzel. Slice the bell peppers into strips and sprinkle them over the schnitzel. Mix the cream and sour cream, season to taste, and pour over the bell pepper schnitzel. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven) and cook the schnitzel for about 20 minutes. We always serve it with potatoes and salad.
