Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- 4 bell peppers, red and green
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the bell peppers and cut into small strips. Pound the schnitzels well. Halve the schnitzels, season with salt and pepper, and sear briefly on both sides, then layer them in a casserole dish. In the same pan, brown the bell pepper pieces. Add the cream and crème fraîche and bring to a gentle boil. Season to taste with the spices and pour over the schnitzels. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with croquettes and white bread (for soaking up the sauce). This dish is easy to prepare.
