Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) turkey schnitzel
- 2 bell peppers
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 3 cups of cream
- 250 g tomato paste
- 3 points mozzarella
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

my pampering recipe
Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper and sear for 3 minutes on each side. Peel and trim the vegetables, and sear them lightly. Place the turkey cutlets in a baking dish and scatter the vegetables over the top. Mix the cream, tomato paste, and the finely chopped garlic clove in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables. Finally, top with mozzarella slices. Place the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake until the mozzarella is golden brown.
