Yum – Yum noodles with fried egg and chili sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 point noodles, Yum-Yum noodles (beef, pork, duck, chicken)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 dashes chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare Yum-Yum noodles according to the package instructions. Heat butter in a pan. Fry cooked noodles (with flavoring) in butter, tossing several times. Add beaten eggs and let set. Stir until the egg is set. Plate the noodles, mix ketchup with chili sauce (plain), and serve. Serve with fried shrimp, king prawns, or squid rings and a mixed salad. Or simply as is.
