BBQ cheeseburger

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g minced beef
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 large burger bun
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese (Chester)
  • Barbecue sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with fried egg and bacon

Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C. Form the ground beef into a patty, approximately 0.7 mm – 1 cm thick. I do this by placing the ground beef between two sheets of baking paper and rolling it flat with a rolling pin. If I’m using more ground beef, I use a very large cup to cut out the patties, like for biscuits. Personally, I don’t season the patty because I always use very good ground beef. The flavor of the meat itself is enough for us. Sear the patty on both sides in a pan and then place it in the oven with a slice of cheese on top. In the same pan, fry a fried egg (on both sides) and the bacon. Meanwhile, place the bun, inside out, on the toaster and toast. Once the patty is no longer pink on the outside and the cheese is nicely melted, start layering the burger (from bottom to top): bun, BBQ sauce, lettuce, patty, bacon, fried egg, BBQ sauce, bun.
