Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 20 slices of cooked ham
  • 20 eggs
  • 2 packs of rye bread (20 slices)
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spread each slice of bread with butter. Top each slice with cooked ham. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs. Then top each slice with a fried egg. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
